Yanarilys Rodriguez

Yanarilys Rodriguez is a customer success professional with extensive experience in training and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Trainer at VitalSource since May 2025, Yanarilys previously held multiple positions at RedShelf, including Customer Success Training Specialist, Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Team Lead for Customer Success Specialists, from September 2019 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes the role of Program Operations Manager at Junior Achievement of Chicago from October 2017 to September 2019 and serving as a Peer Mentor at Oberlin College from April 2015 to May 2017.
