Joris Dikmans

Joris Dikmans is an all-round restaurant manager at Vitam, where they currently work, serving as an OR member. Previously, Joris held various culinary and managerial positions, including F&B manager at Hutten and assistant manager at Villa Vredelust. Joris began their career in the culinary field as a student cook in 1995 and has since gained extensive experience, including several roles as a chef and manager across multiple establishments.
