Ava Padmore

Ava Padmore has had extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ava is currently working as a Senior Director of Human Resources at VITAS Healthcare since July 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at YAI, starting as a Direct Support Professional from April 1997 to September 2000. Ava then transitioned into an Administrative Assistant role from September 2000 to January 2005. Afterwards, they progressed within the organization and took on positions such as Talent Acquisition Specialist from November 2005 to October 2012, HR Manager from October 2012 to November 2015, and Regional Associate Director of Human Resources from November 2015 to April 2019. Ava'smost recent role at YAI was the Human Resources Director from April 2019 to July 2021.

Ava Padmore attended Hunter College from 1991 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
