Connie Samuelson has extensive experience in the healthcare field, particularly in hospice and home care services. Currently serving as Supervisor of Continuous Care at VITAS Innovative Hospice Care since October 2005, Connie oversees a team providing specialized care to patients in Central Florida. In addition, as Admissions Manager and Team Manager of Continuous Care at VITAS Healthcare since March 2003, Connie manages over 100 nursing professionals delivering high-level care. Prior experience includes various roles at Florida Hospital Home Care and Franciscan Health Care, where Connie created and managed a Medicare-certified home care agency and outreach programs for seniors. Early in the career, Connie worked at Hospice of Cincinnati and the Health Department of Cincinnati in various nursing and administrative capacities. Connie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing.
