Roman Savchenko

Roman Savchenko began their work experience at Alvion in 2002 as a Senior Software Developer. Roman then held various roles such as Production Support Team Leader and Development Team Leader before becoming the Live Approval Manager and later the Project Management Office Team Leader. In 2009, they joined SoftServe as a Senior Project Manager and eventually worked their way up to become the PMO Competence Manager and then the PMO Director. Their responsibilities at SoftServe included establishing and maintaining corporate development capabilities, defining acquisition strategies, facilitating due diligence processes, and developing integration strategies for acquired targets. In 2020, Roman joined VITech as the Chief Strategy Officer.

Roman Savchenko received a Master's degree in Computer Science from Murmansk State Technical University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Roman later pursued further education at UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2013 to 2015, earning a Master of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Additionally, in April 2011, Roman obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
