Avi Baumgart

Avi Baumgart serves as the Senior Director of Sales Enablement and Operations at Vitech Systems Group since March 2020, where responsibilities include championing implementation methodologies, aligning profitability goals with pipeline projects, and leading bid commercial reviews. Prior to this role, Avi held various leadership positions at Finastra, D+H, and Fundtech, focusing on program management, account management, and strategic delivery across the Americas region. With a solid foundation in project management methodologies and customer negotiations, Avi has consistently driven large-scale programs, optimized revenue recognition, and enhanced customer satisfaction while managing substantial teams and P&L responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Open University of Israel and a BA in Accounting and Information Systems from The College of Management Academic Studies.
