Malcolm Shroff

Malcolm Shroff has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Malcolm began their career at Motorola Mobility as a Software Engineer, where they developed a web-based tool for retrieving accessory details for Motorola's pagers. Malcolm then moved on to Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer, designing and populating data-marts from the data warehouse. At Oracle, Malcolm served as a Technical Manager in the Advanced Technology Solutions Group, implementing solutions and acting as a liaison between clients and Oracle's product development team. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Engineering at Vitech Systems Group, a leading provider of financial and benefit administration software. Throughout their career, Malcolm has gained extensive experience in software development, project management, and client coordination.

Malcolm Shroff obtained an MS degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, graduating between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they completed a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, spanning from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023.
