Rami Shihadeh

Rami Shihadeh is an experienced professional in solution delivery and client service, currently serving as the Director of Solution Delivery at Vitech Systems Group since November 2021, after holding the position of Senior Solutions Manager. Prior to this role, Rami worked at Empyrean from April 2018 to November 2021, progressing from Client Service Manager to Senior Client Service Manager. Rami's earlier experience includes a Business Analyst position at Contract Land Staff and a Business System Analyst role at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. Rami started the career as a Software Quality Analyst at ASPIRE JO in 2011. Rami holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, earned between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Petra, completed in 2010.
