James Bryce

With 24 years of investment and asset management experience, Mr Bryce leads Portfolio Value Creation's portfolio monitoring efforts across CPP Investments' direct equity investments. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2012, Mr Bryce was a Managing Director at Royal Bank Equity Finance (the private equity arm of RBS), where he spent ten years focused on private equity and infrastructure transactions. Prior to RBS, Mr Bryce was a member of the private equity team at JP Morgan Capital and he started his career as a pension fund manager at Hambros Bank.

Mr Bryce currently also serves on the Boards of Anglian Water and Associated British Ports.

Mr Bryce holds an MA in Theology from Keble College, Oxford University.
