Giovanni Serio

Giovanni Serio is currently the Global Head of Research at Vitol, a position held since 2016. They previously served as the Global Head of Research at Noble Group from 2013 to 2016 and held various roles in research and analysis, including Head of Market Analysis at bp and Senior Energy Economist at Goldman Sachs. Giovanni began their professional journey as a Research Economist at Banca d'Italia from 1998 to 2003. They earned a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Economics from New York University, following their Laurea in Economics from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
