Nicolas Bastida

Nicolas Bastida is a Python Developer at Vitol since March 2025, focusing on building and maintaining internal infrastructure and tooling for optimal use of Python across the business. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer at TreasurySpring from March 2023 to March 2025, where significant improvements were made to the asset and trade register system. As Co-Founder of The Olympus Group from June 2022 to December 2022, Nicolas developed programmatic infrastructure in the web3 and crypto space. Previous experience includes roles at TAIGER, Santander Asset Management, Rolls-Royce, and various engineering internships. Nicolas holds a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Durham University.
