Marcel Keller

Marcel Keller is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in the staffing industry. From October 2021 to April 2023, Marcel served as SVP and Country Head at Adecco Switzerland, prior to which, Marcel held significant roles at Kelly Services as Country General Manager and VP for Switzerland, Italy, and Hungary. Currently, Marcel is Vice President of the Board at swissstaffing and a member of various boards including economiesuisse and Vitra. Notably, Marcel co-authored the book "External Workforce Management" and has held key operational positions at Adecco, where responsibilities included managing dual strategies in staffing. Marcel’s education includes a program at Harvard Business School focusing on strategies for profitable growth.
