Raphael Gielgen

Raphael Gielgen has extensive experience in the fields of research, trendscouting, and innovation within the workspace sector. Currently serving at Vitra since December 2014 in multiple roles, including Trendscout Future of Work Life & Learn and Head of Research & Trendscouting, Raphael has also been involved as an Advisory Council Member at Building Radar since the same year. Prior roles include Innovation Manager at art aqua Ltd & Co.KG and significant positions at Bene Deutschland GmbH and Bene Germany Ltd., including Head of Consulting and Head of Business Development, respectively. Raphael's career also includes a role as Head of Architecture and Design Communication at Steelcase Werndl AG. Notably, Raphael does not hold a university degree.
