Steve Mi is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Central Supply Chain Manager at Vitro since September 2015, Steve leads global supply chain initiatives including S&OP capacity balancing and promotes the INFOR SCM ERP System across all plants. Prior experience includes a prominent role as Supply Chain Manager at Eaton, overseeing all supply chain activities in an automotive plant, and significant contributions as an ERP Program Manager, participating in over ten global Oracle EBS implementations and authoring several enterprise-level operating procedures. Steve holds a Master's degree in Quality and Manufacturing Management from Penn State University and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
