Sharon Stapleton is an IVD professional with over 15 years of experience in both early-stage startups and global diagnostics companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Applied Development at Vitrolife Group, Sharon previously held positions as Director of Scientific Projects at RenalytixAI and Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Oncomark, where they contributed to the CE-marking of the company's first product. With expertise in design control and project management, Sharon led numerous development projects and established an ISO 13485 certified manufacturing facility during their tenure as Research & Development Manager at EKF Diagnostics. Sharon earned a Ph.D. in Applied Biochemistry and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.
