Victor Chow

Victor Chow serves as the Service Manager for Asia Pacific at ITW EAE and holds the position of Senior Service Engineer at Vitronics Soltec, both since November 2000. Victor manages after-sales technical services, overseeing a team of 11 Field Service Engineers across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Korea, while ensuring timely technical support and effective troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include installation, commissioning of equipment, conducting training sessions, handling warranty claims, and monitoring inventory levels for spare parts. Prior experience includes a role as Service Engineer at Associates Beverages Engineering Services Pte Ltd, where Victor supported the Asia Pacific region in the installation and commissioning of food and beverage manufacturing and packaging machinery. Victor holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical and Manufacturing from the University of South Australia and has education from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
