Chloe Callaghan

Chloe Callaghan is currently the Financial Controller at Vitruvius. Prior to their current role, Chloe was an Associate Finance Manager at BNP Paribas Real Estate from January 2018 to April 2021. Chloe has also worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG in both New Zealand and Luxembourg, gaining experience in external audit, IFRS and Local GAAP, leadership and project management. Chloe's experience has seen their work with a range of entities including profit-orientated businesses, non-profit organisations, healthcare providers and financial services companies. In 2015 and 2016 Chloe was seconded to KPMG Minneapolis and KPMG Luxembourg respectively.

Chloe Callaghan has a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting from The University of Waikato. Chloe also has certification from Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand as a chartered accountant.

Chloe Callaghan works with Charlie Sherratt - Technical Lead Water, Richard Hallam - Team Leader, Land & Survey Services, and Jason Scott - Survey & Spatial Designer. Their manager is Neil Mason, Managing Director.
