Jerry Low

Jerry Low is the Director of Acquisitions at Vitus, responsible for identifying and negotiating with stakeholders for affordable housing preservation transactions since September 2014. Prior to this role, Jerry served as an Associate at Apartment Realty Advisors, providing advisory and brokerage services to affordable housing owners and developers, and gained experience in financial modeling and structuring transactions. Earlier positions include an Associate role at CB Richard Ellis, where Jerry focused on properties financed by LIHTC and HUD, and serving as a Real Estate Asset Manager at Bank of New York Mellon, overseeing real estate assets. Jerry began the career as an Analyst at Prologis, specializing in financial analysis for industrial real estate investments. An education background includes an M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a B.A. from UW Foster School of Business.
