Toha Essa

Toha Essa is a seasoned professional in content programming and production with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. As the Head of Content at Viu since October 2019, Toha has been responsible for content programming, acquisition, development, and original production. Prior roles include Director of Production and Head of the Movie Division at PT MNC Pictures, where responsibilities encompassed managing all aspects of movie development, production, promotion, and distribution. Additionally, Toha served as Executive Producer and Head of Creative, overseeing the creative division for various TV programs. Early in the career, Toha gained experience as a Head Writer and Project Manager at The BrainTokcer, and as a Producer at Astro, along with contributions as an Associate Producer at TRANS TV. Toha Essa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universitas Padjadjaran.
