Tom Schmidt

Tom Schmidt is the current CEO of Viv. Prior to Viv, Tom was a co-founder of Pulse Power LLC which was acquired by Shell Energy. Before that, Tom was a partner at Fridge & Resendez, LLC and Schmidt & Hoffer LLP where they practiced commercial litigation and corporate formation. Tom has also served as the Chairman and Co-Founder of Prelectric Energy Services, LLC and the General Counsel & Co-Founder of Intercontinental Tower Corporation.

Tom Schmidt has a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, a BS in International Politics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a High School Diploma with Honors from Plano Senior High School. Tom has no Elementary School education.
