Jason Cooper is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and engineering technical recruitment. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Viva Wallet, Jason has held various roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Regional Talent Acquisition Associate since April 2021. Prior to this, experience includes working at Recruitment, The Curve Group, and Wallace Hind Selection as a Head Hunter and Engineering Technical Search Consultant, specializing in high-level recruitment across sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and supply chain. With a career in recruitment spanning over two decades, Jason has developed expertise in both contingency and retained projects. Educational qualifications include CIPD certifications in Human Resources Management, along with diplomas in Civil Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from Nene College Northampton and Wellingborough Technical College.
