Markos Stefanou is currently the Head of AI, Intelligence, and Automation at Viva.com, where they drive innovation through AI, automation, and intelligent solutions, leveraging their expertise as a Solution Architect in Jira, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CRM. Previously, they held various roles at Viva Wallet, including Head of Robotic Process Automations, and contributed significantly as a Business Process Analyst and Head of Enterprise Processes. Markos earned a Master of International Business from Hult International Business School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The American College of Greece, achieving a GPA of 4.00. With a strong work ethic and a passion for new technologies, Markos has also consulted across multiple industries and managed diverse teams throughout their career.
