Mark Niles has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark started their career in the US Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal specialist from 1987 to 1993. Mark then worked at CompuServe from 1995 to 1998, first as a General and Technical Customer Service Representative, then as a Help Desk Advocate, and finally as a PC Support Engineer, where they supported, upgraded, and maintained file servers and resolved hardware and software issues.

From 1998 to 2008, Mark worked at Huntington National Bank, first as an Information Technology Specialist and later as an ITS Support Specialist Supervisor. In these roles, they managed and supported PCs, printers, and other equipment, administered user accounts, conducted application packaging and deployment, and resolved software and hardware server issues.

Next, Mark worked at Sarcom from 2008 to 2011 as a Service Manager. Mark was responsible for managing the IT desktop support for multiple facilities, supporting a large number of PCs and network printers, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and overseeing a team of associates. Mark also wrote standard operating procedures, trained new hires, conducted layoffs, and managed employee performance and development.

Most recently, Mark worked at VIVA USA as an IT Contractor starting in 2013. Their responsibilities included application packaging and remediation, developing deployment scripts, and packaging over 500 applications for deployment to the corporate desktop environment.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Mark Niles attended Greece Athena High School from 1982 to 1986 and obtained a Diploma through their College Prep program.
