Thanks for visiting Viva Physio's site on LinkedIn. Viva Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy practice and Pilates Studio conveniently located on the corner of Flinders Lane and Elizabeth Street in the Melbourne CBD.

Our clinic philosophy is simple: we dedicate 100% of your appointment time to you, and we will ensure we find not only relief from your pain, but also a cure for the underlying biomechanics of your injury. Our physiotherapists are all highly qualified and chosen specially for their high standard of patient care. You can read 5 reasons why we are different on our website.

We offer physio for sporting injuries, spinal injuries, pregnancy conditions, dry needling and other general muscle and joint problems. Our dedicated Pilates studio runs over 30 classes per week including Clinical Pilates, reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, pregnancy (pre- and post-natal) Pilates and our new and exciting class, Power Pilates!

Our physios regularly write blogs with lots of useful tips on injury prevention and treatment. We have a number of titles including "Pregnancy and Exercise" right through to "Preparing for the AFL pre-season". We also tweet lots of useful information.

We would love to hear from you - if you have an injury, or even just feedback, please contact us or visit us in our Melbourne city clinic.
