Janet Guzman has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning with a role as Supervisor and later as Analista Sr Productividad at Verizon Dominicana from April 2002 to September 2005. Following that, Janet Guzman served as Gerente de Calidad y Entrenamiento at Trilogy Dominicana from 2007 to October 2012. Currently, Janet Guzman holds the position of Gerente de Call Center at VIVA since November 2007. Academic qualifications include a Licenciatura en Administracion de Empresas and a Maestria en Gerencia y Productividad from Universidad APEC, completed between 1994 and 2002.
