Bashar Abdulkarim

Bashar Abdulkarim has extensive work experience in talent management and transformation within the advertising and media industry. Bashar held positions such as Chief Talent Transformation Officer at Publicis Groupe, Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Media, Chief Talent and Transformation Officer MENA at VivaKi - Publicis Groupe, and Chief Talent Officer MENA at Starcom Mediavest Group. Additionally, Bashar served as Managing Director MENA at Relay Worldwide - Publicis Groupe, where they successfully established and grew the entity in the MENA region. Earlier in their career, they worked in communication management at DMB&B - BCOM3, managing advertising accounts for reputable multinational and national clients.

From 1991 to 1996, Bashar Abdulkarim attended the American University of Beirut where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Middle Eastern Studies.
