Karin Witkamp

Karin Witkamp has extensive experience in asset and project management within the real estate sector, notably at Vivare since 2001. Currently serving as an Assetmanager vastgoed, Karin is responsible for guiding tactical aspects of real estate and livability processes, overseeing neighborhood plans and complex strategies. Previously, as an Adviseur Assetmanagement, Karin focused on translating area plans into tactical objectives while collaborating with various departments on complex-level initiatives. Earlier roles at Vivare included Projectconsulent Vastgoed, where Karin acted as a liaison among project leaders and stakeholders. Prior to Vivare, Karin gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Kamerbeek and as an Assistant Manager Woondiensten at ImmoPlus beheer bv. Educational qualifications include a year in Management from NCOI and a degree from MDS.
