Marcus Dvorak

Marcus Dvorak is the Head of Deal Finance at Vivicta, where they lead a team focused on structuring and executing large, complex transactions. With a strong background in corporate finance, Marcus previously served as the Head of Deal Finance at Tietoevry, driving growth and innovation in deal structures. They began their career in financial institutions M&A advisory at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, later progressing to director roles at Accenture, where they managed corporate development and transaction services. Marcus holds an MSc in Finance from Lunds universitet and an MBA from the University of Nottingham.
