Vivid Films is an international production service company headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, with offices in London and Dubai. Founded in 2018 by Vladimir Valchanov, we provide end-to-end production services for international commercials, branded content, and film productions shooting in Bulgaria and across Southeast Europe.
We help production companies, agencies, and brands relocate shoots to Bulgaria — combining Western European production standards with Bulgaria's competitive rates and a 25% government cash rebate on qualifying productions, reducing overall budgets by 30-40% without compromising scope or quality.
What we offer: location scouting and permits, crew hiring (bilingual professionals with Netflix, HBO, Disney and Paramount credits), equipment rental, studio and backlot access (New York, London, Middle East, Ancient Rome sets, underwater tank, LED wall), casting, budget preparation and cash rebate administration, post-production, and white-label production services.
Track record: 8 years in operation, 45+ commercial productions executed, 15+ countries served, €850,000+ saved for production partners, 100+ international partners.
Notable clients: McLaren, Gulf Oil, BIC, Plus500, Rakuten Viber, Kaufland, Takeaway, Land Rover, Adidas, H&M, Mondelez, JTI.
Bulgaria is an EU member state offering full legal protection, Euro-denominated contracts, and four-season filming locations — mountains, seaside, cities, and forests all within hours of Sofia.
