VIVID LEGAL Law Firm was established in the year 2007 by the transformation of the legal department of the private equity company Arca Capital into the law firm.   

We are young and dynamic law firm. However, lawyers of VIVID LEGAL Law Firm have broad experience in advising on dozens of complex projects and transactions affecting various areas of law exercised in the Central and Eastern Europe. 
 
Although we have been operating in the Slovak Republic, we have rich experience in the exercise of transactions with cross-border overlap on which we have cooperated with foreign partner law firms.
