Michael Junkin

Michael Junkin is a Senior Technical Architect at Vivid Solutions, a consulting group focused on British Columbia, since October 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Software Lead at FTS Forest Technology Systems, where responsibilities involved developing Remote Automated Weather Stations, and Advisory Software Developer at IBM, contributing to the Lotus Forms product line. Earlier roles include Technical Lead at GenoLogics Life Sciences Software, focusing on laboratory information management software, and Software Engineer at Creo, Inc. (now Kodak), where Michael served in progressively responsible positions, including server-side architect for Prinergy Evo. Michael holds an MSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Toronto and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Computing Science from Simon Fraser University.
