Amy Bray has extensive experience in business improvement and process management, currently serving as Business Improvement Manager at VIVID since July 2020, with prior roles including Interim Business Improvement Manager and Business Analyst. Earlier experience includes a position at OVO Energy as Process Change Owner, focusing on service transformation and continuous improvement, during which Amy obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. From November 2008 to January 2020, Amy was employed at SSE plc, where roles included Process Change Owner and Nexus Programme Administrator. Educational background includes studies at HSDC Havant & South Downs and Park Community School in Havant.
