Amy has experience working in various roles such as Business Analyst, Improvement Officer, Contact Centre Manager, Project Lead, and Customer Service Supervisor. Throughout their career, Amy has worked in companies like VIVID, First Wessex, and NHS Direct. Amy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Portsmouth.
