Jo Duddridge has extensive work experience in program and project management, primarily in the housing and technology sectors. They currently serve as the Head of Corporate Portfolio and PMO at VIVID, where they oversee the management of the corporate's program portfolio and the Program Management Office. They ensure the effective delivery of corporate projects and maintain a balanced project investment portfolio.
Prior to this role, Jo worked as a Program Manager at Southern Housing Group, where they managed the program to merge Crown Simmons into the company. They facilitated the migration of Crown Simmons' operations functions to Southern Housing Group and transitioned them onto the group's technical infrastructure.
Before joining Southern Housing Group, Jo held the role of Program Manager at VIVID, where they led digital transformation and consolidation projects. They were also invited back to First Wessex to lead a strategic change program after driving business modernization through a portfolio of over 30 projects, resulting in significant savings. Jo also managed a systems consolidation and transformation program after the merger.
Jo's earlier experience includes roles as a Program and Project Manager at Serco, Program and Project Manager at First Wessex Housing Association, Program and Project Manager at London Borough of Barnet, and Professional Services Director at RightNow Technology Ltd, Objective Corporation, Eware Limited (now Sage MME CRM), and Saleslogix Corporation (now Sage).
Jo Duddridge attended the University of the Southbank from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a degree in Computers and Mathematics. They graduated with Honors, obtaining a 2:1 degree classification.
