John Waterfield

John Waterfield is currently the Land and Planning Manager at VIVID, where they assist in identifying and appraising new development opportunities. Previously, John served as a Development Manager at First Wessex, managing social housing projects, and worked as a Housing Manager for Portsmouth Housing Association, addressing various social housing issues. John earned a Master’s Degree with Honours in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions from the University of Portsmouth. They are particularly passionate about projects that benefit individuals in housing need, positively impacting communities in Portsmouth and Hampshire.
