Neil Holmes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fire safety and compliance management. Currently serving as a Strategic Fire Safety Specialist and Technical Quality Manager at VIVID since September 2014, Neil oversees a team responsible for ensuring compliance across various service maintenance contracts, including gas, electrical, lift servicing, and fire safety assessments. Prior to this role, from 2007 to July 2014, Neil held the position of Project Surveyor at Sentinel Housing Association, managing significant refurbishment and replacement projects for residential schemes. Neil's educational background includes a National Certificate from NEBOSH, multiple qualifications from BOHS, and a Higher National Certificate in Construction Studies from Basingstoke College of Technology.
