Sharon Head has a strong background in compliance and contract management, currently serving in a compliance role at VIVID since March 2021. Prior to this, Sharon accumulated over 22 years of experience at SSE plc, progressing through various positions including Contract Manager, Team Manager, Performance and Monitoring Expert, Supply Agency Manager, Credit Management Operative, and Change of Tenancies Operative. In the role of Contract Manager, Sharon was responsible for comprehensive contract administration, conducting contractual reviews, and facilitating quarterly performance meetings with third-party agents to enhance operational efficiency. As Team Manager, Sharon represented SSE's processes at Elexon and provided expert guidance on escalated service-related queries.
