André Pimentel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and support across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Customer Experience at Vividly, André leads the Customer Experience organization, focusing on Customer Success, Tech Support, and Professional Services. Previously, André held senior leadership roles at Shop-Ware, BirdEye, Demandforce, CA Technologies, The Walt Disney Company, and the US Navy, demonstrating a strong track record in optimizing customer journeys and operational processes. André holds an EMBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton.
