Joseph Marquez

Joseph Marquez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Specialist at Vividly since February 2023, where responsibilities include providing remote IT services to a global workforce and leading the SOC2 audit process. Previously, Joseph held the position of Application Support Analyst at Koddi, focusing on case investigations and customer refunds using various technical tools.
