Tim Nowaczyk

Tim Nowaczyk is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at VIVIFY since August 2025. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Lucas Coatings from October 2019 to August 2025, including Supply Chain Director and Production Planner. Tim's career also includes significant experience at Berry Global, Inc., where roles spanned from Supply Chain Manager to Supply Chain Manager - Resins between April 2014 and May 2019. Additionally, Tim worked at Berry Plastics from May 2003 to April 2014 as a Demand Manager, Master Scheduler, and Scheduling Supervisor, demonstrating expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory control for multiple manufacturing locations across the United States.
