Chris Yang serves as the R&D Director at vivo since July 2014, leading efforts in tech leadership, tech insight, open source governance, and building engineering culture. Previously, Chris held the role of Software Development Manager at TCL Communication from August 2012 to July 2014, where responsibilities included developing cloud services for smart devices and managing software development lifecycle. Prior experience includes positions as an Architect at Hiluo, a Backend Software Engineer in E-commerce, and a Bioinformatics Developer & Researcher at the Beijing Genomics Institute. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics, Software Engineering, Computing Mathematics, and Bioinformatics from Northeast Forestry University, completed in 2007.
