Sam Chen

Sam Chen is a seasoned professional in chip design and system-on-chip (SoC) development, currently serving as the Senior Director of the Chip Design Center at Vivo since January 2020. With prior experience as the Head of IoT and SoC Director at Maxio Technologies Corporation, Sam has demonstrated expertise in customized IP development and project management, specifically in IoT and SSD projects. Before Maxio, Sam held key positions at展讯 as SoC Manager and ASIC Project Lead, and at 三星电子 as SoC Manager and Principal Engineer in the SLSI division. Sam holds a master's degree in Signal and Information Processing from the University of Science and Technology of China, attained from 2003 to 2006.
