Ryan Baumann

Ryan Baumann has a diverse work experience in the water technology and recreation industry. Ryan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Vivo Aquatic Group, leading operations, business development, and account management for the company's partners in the hospitality, recreation, fitness, and REIT business sectors. Their responsibilities include driving customer success, forming partnerships, and promoting business growth.

Prior to their current role, Ryan held various positions at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the National Commercial Sales Manager, where they supported all markets, trained and equipped the team, and exceeded sales goals by $1.5 million. From 2011 to 2013, Ryan served as the Commercial District Manager, responsible for 13 Commercial Service Warehouses in California and Las Vegas. During their tenure, they successfully turned around the worst-performing region, elevating it to the number one position.

In 2013, Ryan was promoted to the position of Director of Operations at Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., where they continued to display their strong operational execution and management skills. Finally, from 2015 to 2019, they held the position of Regional Vice President, further showcasing their leadership abilities in overseeing multiple regions.

Ryan Baumann attended South Peninsula College in Cape Town, South Africa, where they studied Business Management. Ryan also attended Tygerberg College in Cape Town, South Africa, where they pursued studies in Business, Economics, and Law.
