Jerry Chen has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jerry started their career as a Hardware Engineer at VATICS INC. from June 2008 to September 2010. Following that, they joined VIVOTEK in December 2010 as a Senior Hardware Engineer, leading a team in the development of network surveillance products. From January 2015 to April 2021, Jerry worked as a Project Consultant at VIVOTEK, where they led IP surveillance projects across APAC countries and provided technical trainings and speeches. Jerry then took on the role of America Team Leader - Presales from May 2021 to September 2022 at VIVOTEK. Currently, Jerry serves as a Solutions Architect at VIVOTEK, starting in October 2022.
Jerry Chen earned a Master's degree in Communication Engineering from National Taiwan University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering at National Central University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jerry also obtained certification in the IELTS General Test Band 7 from IELTS Official in May 2021.
