Wei Chun Wu

Wei Chun Wu has a diverse work experience in various design roles. In 2019, they worked as a Design Assistant at 68 interior design studio until April 2020. Following that, they worked as an Interior Designer at Zumei Interior Design Company from April 2020 to July 2021. In August 2021, they joined Sothink Technology Co., Ltd as a Product Designer, where they were responsible for designing B2B products related to IoT solutions and AI applications. They conducted research, including user interviews and product analysis, to identify user needs and worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to define problems and goals. In October 2020, they founded TownTown and served as the Founder & UI/UX Designer. They led the end-to-end product design process for the Hearest App, collaborating with UX researchers to define product requirements and heavily involved in refining UI design. In May 2023, they joined the National Dong Hwa University Innovation Center and VIVOTEK as a UI/UX Designer and UI/UX Design Consultant, respectively.

Wei Chun Wu obtained a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling from National Pingtung University, graduating in 2016. In 2021, Wei Chun Wu earned a Google UX Design Certificate from Cousera, specializing in UX Research / Design. Additionally, Wei Chun Wu obtained several certifications related to design and user experience, including "Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma," "Design a User Experience for Social Good & Prepare for Jobs," "Responsive Web Design in Adobe XD," "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes," "Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts," "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design," "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate." In 2018, Wei Chun Wu also obtained certifications in "甲種安全衛生業務主管" from 動力部 and "乙級建築物室內設計技術士" from 動力部動力發展局技能發展中心.
