Warren Steyn

Warren Steyn is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing large teams and complex projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at VIVUP since January 2019, Warren previously took a sabbatical from February 2018 to January 2019 and held the position of Operations Manager at Allianz Insurance from April 2004 to February 2018, where responsibilities included leading the Central Operations and Governance Team and achieving significant revenue success as Regional Operations Manager. Earlier roles include Project/Operations Manager at Stortext, overseeing multi-million-pound projects in document imaging, and Claims Manager at GE Insurance Holdings, managing a substantial team focused on claims servicing and relationship management for blue-chip companies. Major achievements include the creation of a Regional Operations Manager Community across the UK and India and leading teams that generated £298 million in revenue with a high COR.
