Brett McAteer

Brett McAteer, JD, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Employee Relations at Vizient, Inc., where strategic leadership is provided to manage employee relations initiatives across the enterprise. With extensive experience in human resources, previous roles include Director of Human Resources at First Baptist Medical Center and Human Resources Manager at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, among others. Notable expertise includes addressing employee relations issues and developing organizational strategies within healthcare environments. Brett holds a Doctor of Law degree from UNT Dallas College of Law, an MBA in Human Resources from The University of Dallas, and a BA in Social Work from Baylor University.
