Jason Mitchell's work experience begins in 2002 as a Statistical Analyst at Astron Solutions, LLC. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Health Data Analyst at Pfizer, where they implemented data cleansing in SAS and utilized VBA for Excel-based report output. Jason then served as a Biostatistician at the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care from 2009 to 2012, supporting Medicare CMS-based analytic initiatives and providing analytic leadership for non-profit organizations. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Research Biometrician at WEST, Inc., analyzing riparian concentration data and utilizing R packages for regression analysis. Jason Mitchell has a strong education background in the fields of GIS & Remote Sensing, Biostatistics, and Mathematics. Jason earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in GIS & Remote Sensing from Boston University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an MS degree in Biostatistics from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Jason completed their undergraduate studies at Vassar College from 1997 to 2001, earning a BA degree in Mathematics. In addition to their academic achievements, Jason holds a certification as a SAS Base Certified Programmer from SAS Institute.
