Jeff Cotner

Jeff Cotner is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in infrastructure engineering and IT systems administration. Starting as an ATM Implementation Engineer at KMP Enterprises, Cotner focused on planning and implementing ATM systems for major financial institutions. As Director of Information Technology for the City of Caruthersville, Cotner led IT initiatives before transitioning to roles at Pajco, Inc. and NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included maintaining corporate networks and troubleshooting POS systems for prominent retailers. Most recently, Cotner served as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer II at Vizient, Inc., contributing advanced technical expertise. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Western Governors University and several specialized diplomas in networking and telecommunications.
