Neeca Servati has a diverse range of work experience in various healthcare-related roles. Neeca currently holds the position of Associate Vice President, Data Procurement & Usage Rights at Vizient, Inc since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Principal, Strategy Execution at the same company from June 2022 to January 2024.

Before joining Vizient, Inc, Neeca worked for Tenet Healthcare as the Director of Productivity & Workforce Management, Southern Region from August 2014 to February 2017. Neeca was responsible for managing a $700M annual regional labor and productivity budget across 20 Tenet hospitals.

Neeca also gained valuable experience at Kaiser Permanente, where they served as a Revenue Cycle Business Consultant from November 2013 to July 2014. In this role, they coordinated regional and national initiatives to ensure compliant patient and insurance billing.

Prior to that, Neeca worked at UHC as a Performance Improvement/Comparative Data & Informatics Fellow from June 2012 to October 2013, where they played a key role in developing reporting products associated with various healthcare programs.

Some of their earlier roles include working as a Leadership Education Fellow at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities, a Senior Associate at Atlas Research, a Clinical Administrative Assistant at Georgetown University Hospital, a Strategic Planning & Business Development Analyst at Children's National Medical Center, and a Department Intern at Georgetown University Hospital Foot and Hand Center.

Neeca Servati completed a Master of Science in Health Service Administration at Georgetown University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2010.
